- Complementary Engineering Services – During the prototype phase of a product or system, we offer our customer’s design team complementary inputs from our engineers on board layout, manufacturability, testability, reliability, and cost reductions. We also have access to one of the nation’s leading advanced process laboratories to alleviate important but difficult aspects of new deigns. Our CAD to CAM capability quickens the prototype to the surface mount line. We are constantly trying to find ways to get our customer’s high quality product to market as soon as possible.
- Electronics Assembly – Our assembly service offering includes surface mount technology (SMT), secondary assembly, and through-hole assembly. The SMT line consists of all of the latest technologies available since 2015 and delivers excellent quality as well as flexibility. Manual assembly completions are handled by our experienced associates utilizing Kanban processes and are aided through our selective soldering as well as wave capability. Our capacity and lean manufacturing techniques allow us to provide our customers with excellent value in quality and throughput though all the product phases of prototype, preproduction (including first article), and production.
- Box-Build – We produce box-builds for our customers with mechanical assembly and functional testing.
- Facilitation – We offer the service of managing the finished goods inventory for our customers. This can involve the picking, packaging, and drop shipping of systems with options and kits. This is all done in a caged area to increase the security level of our customers’ finished goods inventories.
