Conflict Minerals Policy Statement

Patriot American Solutions (PAS) is a privately held company and as such is not required to file reports with the SEC in compliance with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act. Though we are exempt from this requirement, we do manufacture products for companies that are bound by the SEC requirements regarding Conflict Minerals. Therefore, we work with our suppliers to be in compliance with the Dodd-Frank Act concerning the Conflict Minerals, 3TG, Tungsten, Tantalum, Tin and Gold. Evidence of the origins of sources of any use in any amount of these “3TG Conflict Minerals” in our supplier’s product shipped to PAS, must be provided.

PAS supports the worldwide concern that metals mined in the conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and neighboring countries, may eventually make their way into the electronics supply chain. It is our position that PAS will not have any business relationships with a company that is engaging in trade with the DRC.
